Manchmal bin ich so im Alltag versunken, dass ich das eigentliche Leben kaum noch als solches spüre und wahrnehme.
Manchmal spüre ich das Leben in all seiner Schmerzhaftigkeit.
Und manchmal möchte ich nur das Positive spüren, die kleinen und großen Freuden des Lebens.
Dann öffne ich mich ganz und lasse alle Widerstände und Zweifel fallen und ich selbst falle auch
in die Bodenlosigkeit des Lebens – mit all seiner Wahrhaftigkeit.
