Schweren Herzens sitz ich dort
Wo ein Schatten nicht
Einfach ein Schatten ist,
Sondern tausend Masken birgt.

Eine hat sich mir ins Gesicht gekrallt
Und zieht mir fädrig
Jedes Stückchen Leben aus
Bei dem Versuch sie abzunehmen.

Die Erinnerung an das Geschehne
Wird im Neonlicht ganz blass
Nun steht er schon vor meinen Toren
Nicht mehr unklar, nur noch fädrig krass.

Mit jedem Faden
