Du sagst mir immer, ich soll mir nicht so viele Gedanken über alles machen. Da bist du nicht die Einzige, die mir das sagt.
Aber wie soll ich nicht an etwas denken, was mich die ganze Zeit beschäftigt und in dem Moment den Mittelpunkt meines Lebens darstellt?
In der Uni haben wir über Entspannungsmethoden gesprochen. Meine ist vor allem Sport. Aber was mache ich, wenn ich kein Sport machen kann? Dann ist nicht nur mein Kopf voller Gedanken, sondern auch mein Körper absolut nicht au sgelnstet.
