How can I end my membership?

You can delete your account on the Lesarion Admin page.
You can find the option 'Delete account' when you log in under the Admin link in the 'Profile / settings' area.

If you are using a smartphone you can cancel your membership in the 'Account' area using the 'Delete account' link.
