Beim Stammtisch geht es um einen Austausch von Diskriminierungserfahrungen und positiven Support

Welche Erfahrungen machen Lehrerinnen, Pädagoginnen, Dozentinnen, Wissenschaftlerinnen, Erzieherinnen in ihrem Berufsalltag?

Seit vielen Jahren gibt es in diversen Städten die Gruppe "schwule Lehrer" - eine wechselnde und wachsende Gruppe von Lehrern und Professoren, die sich allmonatlich zum Essen und Trinken trifft und über ihre Erfahrungen austauscht.
Seit einigen Jahren beschränkt sich diese Gruppe nicht mehr auf schwule, sondern es sind auch Lesben, Trans und Interpersonen herzlich eingeladen.

Viele der Teilnehmer*innen sind auch ich der GEW (Gewerkschaft für Erziehung und Wissenschaft) oder anderen Gewerkschaften vernetzt und aktiv, einige sind sogar in der AG LSBTI der GEW. Es geht also um den urpersönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch, bei Bedarf aber auch um rechtliche Möglichjeiten im Falle einer Diskriminierung.

Last but not least geht es um leckeres Essen und gute Drinks ;)

Die Treffen finden etwa monatlich an verschiedenen Standorten statt. Ich selbst bin beim Treffen in Essen aktiv, kann aber gerne auch in anserer Städte und/oder Regionen vernetzen.
