Dieser Wagen soll in erster Linie dem Spaß dienen,
nichtsdestotrotz muß dieser Wagen organisiert werden,
das mit Zuverlässigkeit und "echtes wollen" einhergeht.
Jede Frau, die an diesem Wagen mitarbeiten möchte bekommt(je nach Fähigkeiten/Interessen und Zeit) ein Ressort, das sie zu bearbeiten hat und für das sie verantwortlich ist.

In unserer Gruppe herrscht ein demokratisches Miteinander mit Entscheidungen nach der einfachen Mehrheit.
Nichtsdestotrotz ist es nötig Ansprechpartnerinnen zu ernennen, die den Gesamtüberblick behalten.
