Hallo Mädels

ich vermiete eine wunderschöne 2- Zimmer superhelle Sousterrain- Wohnung in Starnberg.

Die Wohnung hat
ein kleines Schlafzimmer,
ein ca 3qm Kammerl,
ein Bad mit Fenster, Wanne und Waschmaschinenanschluß,
eine nigelnagelneue Einbauküche im ca 75 großen Wohnessraum.

Der ca 500qm Garten kann mitbenutzt werden, du/ihr könnt euch dort ein eigenes Eckchen einrichten.
Da in unserem Dreifamilienhaus Hund, Katz und Fische zu Hause sind kannst du natürlich auch deine Tiere mitbringen.

Wir haben die Wohnung erst 2013/14 neu ausgebaut, die Freundin, für die wir dies alles gemacht haben ist allerdings abgesprungen , so dass die Wohnung faktisch ein Erstbezug ist.

Du/ihr könnt ab dem 1.6.2014 - nach Absprache ggf. auch früher - einziehen.

Die Miete beträgt 840.- plus 150 Nebenkosten. 2 MM Kaution
