vorab:
ich bin in technischen dingen total unbedarft. aus persönlichen gründen bekomme ich auch gerade relativ wenig info ins hirn geimpft. insofern bitte ich um hilfe, da mich die flut an informationen im netz völlig überfordert und ich keine antwort fand.

ich suche so ein dingens, auf dem ich e-bücher lesen kann.

es muss die schrift vergrößern und vielleicht sogar den schrifttyp ändern können. so irre schmale schrift schaffe ich nicht zu entziffern. ach, und licht sollte es haben, ich lese auch bei relativ wenig beleuchtung. allerdings kann ich mir auch eine lampe dazu stellen, insofern ist der beleuchtete schirm nicht unbedingt erforderlich. also, mit licht wäre cool, ist aber nicht unebdingt bedingung.

nun meine eigentlichen problemfragen:

1) gibt es denn schon viele bücher als eBook? jedes genres?
2) sind die eBooks an hersteller der dingens gebunden? oder kann ich einfach auf jedes dingens das mir gefallende eBook laden?
3) auf welchen plattformen, außer amazon, finde ich eBooks?
4) wie lade ich die ebooks auf das ding? erst auf den schleppi/pc und von dort dann auf das dingens? oder gleich auf das dingens per download?

ich vermute, dass ich trölfzig fragen vergaß, die sich dann aber im laufe der zeit ergeben. insofern werde ich dem thread folgen und wäre dankbar für jede antwort.
