der herbst...

...eine neue jahreszeit.ein neuer, ein befremdlicher weg. ein neuer lebensabschnitt.
vielleicht. wohl eher nicht. tagträume.

aber der sommer wirft das handtuch.
endlich. ein laster nimmt ein ende.

die tage werden kühler.
so wie mein gemüt.

die dunkelheit bricht früh herein.
hüllt mich in sicherheit.

nieselregen legt sich auf mein gesicht.
kühlt meinen brennenden schmerz,
löscht für einen kurzen moment meine wut.

das laub füllt die luft mit einem besonderen duft, raschelt unter meinen schritten.
das atmen fällt etwas leichter.

goldene farben legen sich auf die welt.
kann die augen langsam wieder öffnen.

ein leichter wind weht.
ich lausche seinem flüstern.
bin wie betäubt. höre nichts anderes.

spüre meinen herzschlag, das kribbeln in den händen bis in die fingerspitzen.
mein verstand schaltet sich aus.

stille.

für einen kurzen moment wieder leben.
sich selbst spüren.

mir ist kalt, bin müde

und ich weiß...

so wie das letzte blatt vom baum fallen wird,
so wird der schmerz zurückkehren,
bis ich ihn nicht mehr ertrage
