Wieder neigt sich ein Tag dem Ende entgegen,
Dunkelheit schon seit vielen Stunden.
Die Straßenlaterne erhellt den Tag auch nicht besonders.
Ein kleiner Stern am Himmel, wie gestern.
Schaut zu mir hinunter, strahlt kurz auf.
Ich schließe die Augen,
spüre die Ruhe in mir.
Keine Aufregung, kein Stress, keine Sorgen.
Nur diese Stille, das Rascheln der Blätter,
die durch den Wind getragen werden.
Ich atme tief die frische Herbstluft ein,
spüre die Kälte,
wie sie durch meinen Körper geleitet.
Spüre die Einsamkeit des heutigen Abends.
Diese Leere in mir, gleichbleibend, beruhigend.
Und doch beängstigend.
Das kleine gelbe Blatt, unten auf dem Boden,
huscht durch diese Welt und verändert sich,
jeden Tag.
