Das BBZ „lebensart“ und seine Gruppe Queer+Glauben laden zu einem spannenden Themenabend ein: Was ist unter dem Begriff „Transsexualität“ bzw. „Transidentität“ zu verstehen? Welche aktuellen Forschungsergebnisse gibt es aus der Biologie zur Thematik? Wie ergeht es Menschen, die sowohl transsexuell sind als auch einen christlichen Glauben haben? Und was hat dies alles mit einer Fachkonferenz der Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt a.M. vom 4. bis 6. Februar 2016 zu tun?
Dorothea Zwölfer, eine transsexuelle, seit 29 Jahren verheiratete evangelische Pfarrerin aus Bayern wird versuchen, diese Fragen zu beantworten. Sie wird die Thematik Transsexualität aus wissenschaftlicher, persönlicher und theologischer Perspektive beleuchten.
