Die Bedrohung ist überall. Jeder Tag in Tel Aviv kann ein schicksalhaftes Ereignis bringen. Trotzdem geht es in der Wohnung von Lulu und ihren schwulen Freunden Yali und Noam hoch her. Alle drei sind frisch verliebt. Noams schüchterner Freund Ashraf ist Palästinenser. Schnell wird er in die Clique aufgenommen. Zu viert erobern sie die schillernde Tel Aviver Szene, organisieren einen Rave gegen die Besatzungspolitik Israels und möchten nur ein Stück Normalität leben. Auch wenn es der Liebe zunächst keinen Abbruch tut, wird Ashraf in der eigenen Familie gehörig unter Druck gesetzt, nachdem diese von seinem Verhältnis zu einem Israeli erfahren hat. Weder seine Schwester noch deren militanter zukünftiger Ehemann haben Verständnis für ihn. Und als Ashrafs Schwester in Nablus kurz nach ihrer Hochzeit von israelischen Soldaten erschossen wird, platzt die bunt schillernde Blase der Clique.
