Gerade eben ist "Der Tiernotruf (TASSO)", Ausgabe 57, in unserem Briefkasten gelandet.
Die Kampagne "schwimmen-bis-zur-Verzwe iflung" benötigt eure Unterstützung.

"In der EU müssen seit 2012 beantragte Tierversuche in Schweregrade eingeteilt werden. Es gibt zur Auswahl: keine Belastung, gering, mittel und schwer. Die von der EU vorgelegte Liste, was unter Schweregrad „schwer“ fällt, liest sich wie ein Horrorkabinett:
• Schwimmen bis zur Erschöpfung, um Depression zu simulieren („forcierter Schwimmtest"
• Elektroschocks, denen das Tier nicht entkommen kann („erlernte Hilflosigkeit“)
• Tod durch Vergiftung
• Wirksamkeitstests von Impfstoffen
• Bestrahlung mit Todesfolge"
