Ich möchte euch auf einen besonderen Dokumentarfilm aufmerksam machen, der nicht nur Sportfans begeistern wird: "SIEBENSEKUNDEN - Der Traum vom Fliegen" begleitet die zwei außergewöhnlichen Skispringerinnen Katharina Althaus (GER) und Eva Pinkelnig (AUT) über 1,5 Jahre hinweg bei ihrem Weg zum ersten offiziellen Skifliegen der Frauen von der größten Großschanze der Welt, dem Monsterbakken in Norwegen.
Bis März 2023 war Skifliegen, die Königsdisziplin des Skispringens, Frauen offiziell verboten und nur Männern vorbehalten. "SIEBENSEKUNDEN" erzählt die faszinierende Geschichte dieser ambitionierten Athletinnen, die nicht nur für ihren Traum vom Fliegen kämpfen, sondern auch für Anerkennung und Gleichberechtigung im Skisprungsport. Der Film möchte auch andere Frauen und Mädchen inspirieren, ihre Visionen zu verfolgen und an die eigenen Träume zu glauben.
Die Filmemacherin und Kamerafrau verbindet selbst sehr viel mit dem Thema des Films, ist sie doch selbst in einer absoluten Männer-Branche tätig und musste viele Hürden und Herausforderungen nehmen, sowohl, um das Thema der Doku zu verwirklichen, als auch um den Film in die Kinos zu bringen.
Nun ist es aber endlich soweit: "SIEBENSEKUNDEN" feiert am 28. Mai seine Deutschlandpremiere im Kino Oberstdorf und wird danach bundesweit in weiteren Kinos zu sehen sein. Solltet ihr euch auch für das Thema Chancengleichheit im Sport interessieren und die großartige Arbeit einer Filmemacherin unterstützen wollen, die einen kompletten Dokumentarfilm quasi in Eigenregie und als "One-Woman-Show" auf die Beine gestellt hat, dann geht ins Kino und/oder fragt eure lokalen Kinos, ob sie den Film ins Programm aufnehmen.
