Die letzte Ankündigung lesarions beinhaltet, den Thread News, Politik und Wissenschaft ab dem 19.12 nur noch für user*innen mit Identitätsprüfung zuzulassen. Siehe hier Ankündigung

Grund für diese Maßnahme sei, dass man so Eskalationen verhindern wolle. Es solle auch eingeführt werden, dass eine bestimmte Anzahl von user*innen mit Identitätsprüfung Threads in den Politik- und Wissenschaftsthread verschieben dürfen.

Aus Protest gegen diese Massnahme, habe ich alle meine Threads im Politikthread geschlossen - hierzu musste ich mühselig meine eigene Threads finden (Selbst Premiumaccount nutzt hier nichts...).

Dabei ist mir folgendes aufgefallen - als ich so richtig auf lesarion aktiv wurde, ca. 2016/2017, lag der Politk- und Wissenschaftsthread halb im Koma. Nur vereinzelte user*innen hielten ihn am Leben. Aber, noch 2015 gab es viel mehr und auch unterschiedliche user*innen und auch Themen - erst Recht davor. Was ist passiert? Ab 2015 kamen immer mehr Pegidathemen auf - pro und contra. Aber, irgendwas muss geschehen sein - so viele user*innen wurden plötzlich stumm oder zogen sich zurück. Ich nehme an, dass auch hier, wie heute, nachgegeben wurde - lieber Ruhe im Karton, als Bestrebungen gegen die demokratische Vielfalt die Stirn zu bieten.

Es geschieht heute wieder, nur auf einem völlig anderen Niveau.
