Guten Abend,
folgendes Problem mit meinem neuen Laptop..bis eben war alles gut.
Ich hatte Musik gehört über Spotify und wollte in der Suchzeile etwas eingeben. Plötzlich erschien der Buchstabe"c" (kleingeschrieben) in der Zeile. Aber ich konnte das nicht beeinflussen!!!Ging einfach nonstop weiter.

Ist Windows 8.1 drauf und ich konnte dann auch nicht mehr die Home-Taste drücken,bzw kam auch da nix. Ich kam dann in die Appübersicht,aber ich kam absolut nicht dorthin wo ich mich abelden/runterfahren konnte.Also blieb nur vom Strom trennen ohne Runterfahren....groooooßartig. Dann gings wieder ne Weile gut und plötzlich trat das selbe Problem auf wenn ich den Browser öffnete.Konnte nicht "Google" eingeben, weil da auch wieder endlos"cccccccccccccccccc cccccc..." erschien.

Also sowohl on-und offline,quasi überall wo man was eingeben kann.
Hatte wieder nur die Wahl das Ding auszumachen.

Jetzt werd ichs schnell ordnungsgemäß runtefahren damit es einmal vernünftig abgemeldet ist.

Wisst ihr was das sein kann?Das Gerät ist zwei Wochen jung!!!!
