Hallo ihr!

ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich meine Suche nach Begleitung für die morgentliche Meditation unter Wellness und Sport veröffentliche oder lieber hier in diesem Forum.

Ich habe mich für dieses Forum entschieden, weil der morgentliche "Spaziergang" im Friedrichshainer Stadtpark für mich was ganz essentielles spirituelles und meditatives hat. Und nichts mit körperlicher Ertüchtigung.

Nun zu den Details:
Gehen möchte ich gerne vor der Arbeit gegen 5.45 oder 6.00 Uhr für ca. 40 min. Auf den großen Bunkerberg rauf und wieder runter. Oben auf dem Plateau würde ich die Tagesmediation aus dem Heute-Buch der EA vorlesen. Dann geht es wieder hinunter.
Am Wochenende können wir auch gerne später gehen.

Ich wünsche mir Mitläuferinnen, die die Stille am Morgen in der Natur auch genießen möchten.
