Nachdem der Geburtstag einer Freundin vorbei ist und es von mir keine Muffins a la N. Just gab, hat sich der 1. Grund meines threads erledigt. Die Buchhandlungen haben wieder geöffnet und ich werde dort gerne stöbern.
Aber über Erfahrungen mit ihren Back-und Kochbüchern würde ich mich immer noch freuen.
Hallo,
ich will heute Abend oder morgen früh noch ein par Muffins backen nach dem Rezept von Nicole Justs Lieblingsmuffins. Es ist in ihrem neuen Backbuch.
Hat dies jemand und könnte mir das Rezept verraten.
Darüber hinaus würde ich gerne Rückmeldungen haben, wie das Buch ankommt. Die 1. Rezension bei amazon ist ja recht negativ ausgefallen, die Rezepte seien nich praktikabel.
Ich hab kürzlich die Kürbis-Kokos-Tarte gebacken und sie schmeckte allen.
Jetzt würde ich gerne die Kürbismasse für die Muffins verwenden
