Noch ca. 77 Minuten bis zum gesellschaftlichen Ereignis des Jahres: Rex Reinmann, Erbe des Billigdiscounter-Moguls Heinrich Reinmann heiratet seine Verlobte Vanessa Schröder.
Die Reporter der Boulevardpresse drängeln sich vor dem Tisch des Standesbeamten, während auf der Damentoilette Krisenstimmung herrscht: Die Braut ist unauffindbar.

Dort treffen sieben weibliche Hochzeitsgäste aufeinander, die unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten: Schwiegermutter, Schwester, Mutter, beste Freundin, Großmutter, die Hochzeitsplanerin und die Klofrau versuchen jede auf ihre Art, die Situation zu retten und machen alles nur noch schlimmer...

Eine Komödie für Männer, die schon immer die Frage beschäftigt hat, was Frauen machen, wenn Sie gemeinsam auf die Toilette gehen und Frauen, die schon immer wissen wollten, warum jede von ihnen eine Todsünde ist.
