Guten Abend,
Mir ist etwas ganz furchtbares passiert. Vor ungefähr einer halben Stunde ist mein Laptop runtergefallen und ca. 10 Min später von alleine ausgegangen.
Als ich ihn wieder hochfahren wollte, waren alle meine Dateien verschwunden. Es sieht auch alles komplett anders aus. Ich kann mich auch nicht mehr normal anmelden. Manchmal fährt er auch gar nicht hoch, sondern man sieht minutenlang nur dieses "Willkommen" und das er lädt. Ich kenne mich wirklich überhaupt nicht mit so etwas aus und wäre dankbar, wenn sich hier Jemand findet, der mir helfen mag. Ich traue mich übrigens auch nicht mehr den PC auszumachen, weil ich angst habe, dass er sich dann gar nicht mehr hochfahren lässt.
