Liebe Expert_innen, habe ein Anliegen, mit dem ich nicht weiterkomme.
Also ich suche für eine Studie eine Logfile Software, die folgendes kann:

1) die Abfolge der von den einzelnen Studienteilnehmer_innen angeklickten Seiten erfassen, mit der jeweiligen URL natürlich
2) die ungefähre individuelle Verweildauer auf den Seiten; es würde reichen, wenn jede neue Seite eine Uhrzeit enthielte
3) die Angaben von 1) und 2) sowohl zentral erfasst als auch auf den einzelnen Rechnern abrufbar macht (ich will schließlich mit einzelnen Teilnehmer_innen den Ablauf ihrer Arbeit rückblickend durchgehen und von ihnen kommentieren lassen
(für den leztzgenananten Schritt müssten diese Gespräche auf Tonträger aufgezeichnet werden; das kann aber auch von einem anderen Programm erfüllt werden)

Ich finde nur so Usability Test Zeugs, was die eigene Website sozusagen "überwacht". Ich brauche es aber umgekehrt: Der/Die Studienteilnehmer_innen sollen "überwacht" werden. Aber ich brauche nicht diese ganzen Extrafeatures, wie z.B.: Video, Eyetracking, Mausbewegungsaufzeichnung.

Für sachdienliche Hinweise wäre ich unendlich dankbar! Ich finde einfach nichts passendes.
