Hallo,

ich habe einige Fragen zu ALDI Talk.
Meine Mutter hat das Paket 300 seit Anfang Februar.
Nach dem jetzt vor kurzem der 1. Monat rum war kam eine SMS das ihr Paket 300 demnächst nicht mehr aktiv wäre, wegen mangelndem Guthabens.
2 Tage später dann die SMS das es deaktiviert wurde aus eben jenen Gründen.
Das Guthaben ist aber 6 € irgendwas. Telefonieren etc. ist unverändert und gleich geblieben.

Meine Frage nun: Worauf bezieht sich das genau? Wäre diese Meldung nicht gekommen, wenn das Guthaben über einen bestimmten Summe gewesen wäre?

Sie benutzt ferner den Haus W-lan Anschluss fürs Internet, aber mit dieser Karte hat sie doch auch Internetzugang, oder nicht? Wie wechsle ich dann meine Internetverbindung von dem Hauszugang zu dem des Anbieters, wenn ich außerhalb der eigenen 4 Wände bin?
