...und nochmal Fisch.
Ihr Lieben ich bin auf der Suche nach Inspiration!
In einer Stadt lebend, in der viele von sich behaupten eine Sprotte zu sein, laufe ich wöchentlich an dem Fischstand des hiesigen Marktes vorbei und ärger mich jedes Mal aufs Neue, dass ich es nie gelernt habe Fisch auf den Tisch zu zaubern.
Nicht, dass ich mich nicht traue. Aber ich kenne mich weder gut mit dem unterschiedl. Eigenarten des Fleisches aus, noch welcher Fisch sich eher für die Pfanne, den Topf oder den Grill eignet. Aber: das will ich ändern!
Ich liebe scharfes Essen, indische Gerichte nehme ich mit Kusshand und die typische Hausmannskost liegt mir fern. Also, wenn ihr tolle Gerichte habt, schreibt drauf los..
MIttwoch ist wieder Markt. Das heißt: die Gewürze schreien nach mir und der Fisch will bezwungen werden
