BERLIN (Eigener Bericht) - Berliner Think-Tanks fordern die Nutzung
öffentlicher Internetforen zum Zweck staatlicher Propaganda und
Subversion. Virtuelle Plattformen, über die Millionen Menschen
weltweit kommunizieren, könnten als "Instrumente der Rebellion" gegen
missliebige Regimes eingesetzt werden, heißt es in der Zeitschrift der
Deutschen Gesellschaft für Auswärtige Politik. Voraussetzung hierfür
sei es, die "Debattenhoheit" in den entsprechenden Medien zu erringen;
dies ermögliche dann auch gezielte Unterstützung für die
expansionistischen Maßnahmen der Berliner Außenpolitik. Gleichzeitig
warnt die Zeitschrift vor den Gefahren einer staatlich unerwünschten
Mobilisierung von Menschen via Internet. Für den Fall, dass sich
"virtuelle Netzwerke" der Kontrolle entzögen, seien - heißt es -
wirksame "Gegenstrategien" zu entwickeln.
