Moin!
Ich hoffe, Eine von euch kann mir behilflich sein. Zum einen ist unser Mac zur Zeit langsamer. Evtl liegt das nur am Internet (zu schwache Server des Anbieters). man kann Videos (youtube oder so) fast nicht mehr ruckelfrei anschauen. Ausserdem braucht der Mac definitiv oft länger um Befehle auszuführen. Ich würde auch gerne eine neuere Version von Safari laden und weiß nicht wie.

Kann auch beim Mac der Arbeitsspeicher voll sein, z.B. mit Cookies und temporären Dateien? Wenn ja, wie kann ich die löschen?

Plötzlich fordert der Mail-Account ein Passwort, das ist aber nicht das Passwort ist, was wir zum Laden von Programmen auf den Mac gewählt haben. Und sonst mussten wir ja auch nicht Passwörter eingeben, um das Mailprogramm zu nutzen, bzw. Mails zu verschicken.

Was können wir noch tun, um unseren Mac, der inzwischen auch schon fast 5 Jahre alt ist zu pflegen?
