Hallo,

ich bin hauptberuflich vollzeit beschäftigt und übe zeitgleich noch einen Minijob aus, diesem Minijob gehe ich seit vielen Jahren nach.

Ich wurde krank geschrieben und reichte wie üblich, die Original-AU bei meinem Hauptarbeitgeber ein.

Mein Minijobarbeitgeber reagierte völlig unverschämt auf meine Mitteilung, dass ich krank geschrieben bin und operiert werden muss.

Bisher genügten meinem Minijobarbeitgeber die Kopien meiner AU und nun ist er sauer, weil ich mich dieses mal per mail bei ihm wehrte bezüglich seiner Unfreundlichkeit und fordert nun die Original-AU.

Ich weiß, es ist kein Problem, eine weitere AU beim Arzt anzufordern.

Mir geht es vielmehr um´s Prinzip. Hat er tatsächlich Anspruch auf die Original AU?

Vielleicht kennt sich jemand hier aus....
