habe bisher noch keinen Eintrag zu diesem Thema gefunden und bin aber der Meinung, dass noch viel mehr Menschen von dieser Seite wissen sollten, darum spitzt die Augen (oder so

www.ecosia.de ) ist eine Suchmaschine, die das durch gesponsorte Links eingenommene Geld zu 80% direkt an World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) zur Rettung des Regenwaldes in Brasilien einsetzt. Jede Suche schützt so umgerechnet circa 2 m² Regenwald in der Amazonasregion.
Die Suchergebnisse werden dank Yahoo und Bing ermittelt und stellen somit energietechnisch keine zusätzliche CO² Last dar!

Die Fans sollten mal einen Blick auf die Browser-Plugins riskieren, die die Suche in die jeweilige Browseroberfläche einbindet und Statistiken zu der geschützten Regenwaldfläche bereithält.
Benutze die Suchmaschine seit einigen Tagen und konnte bisher keinen Unterschied in den Suchergebnissen zu Google erkennen..alsooo..ab dafür!!;D
