Beurteilung von Miriam
Die in der Beschreibung genannte "endgültige Desillusionierung der jungen Molly Bolt" ist leider der völlig korrekte Ausdruck. Schade, denn über lange Zeit ist man emotional völlig eingebunden, am Ende aber völlig ernüchtert, weil die Leserin so auf Abstand gehalten wird.
Durchaus ein gutes buch...
aber es gibt sicherlich auch bessere.

Also mir hat der Stil von Rita Mae Brown schon sehr gefallen. Wie sie mit Witz und Leichtigkeit sie alles beschreibt ist super. Sie verschönert keine Sache sondern sagt alles so wie es ist. Zumal auch halt, das den Weg von ihr selber beschreibt. Kann nur sagen einfach mal lesen und selber entscheiden. Ich bin dadurch ein Fan von Rita M. Brown geworden.

Tja, dieses Buch wird ja von vielen zum Lesen empfohlen. Allerdings ist es mir eher fremd geblieben. Aber Rita Mae Browns Stil scheint im allgemeinen nicht meinen Geschmack zu treffen. Tja, schade, die Story ist eigentlich nicht schlecht, aber an vielen Stellen doch etwas übertrieben.
