Der erste Roman der Autorin der berühmten Erzählungen aus dem lesbischen Liebesalltag! Eine fröhliche Liebesgeschichte aus dem Ruhrgebiet. Und ein Thriller. Die Protagonistin arbeitet dort. Sie träumt beim Sonnenuntergang über ehemaligen Hochöfen von der Liebe. Vor 8 Jahren war ihre letzte Beziehung dramatisch zu Ende gegangen, keine neue hat sie bisher gefunden. Bevor sie wieder in ihr Büro zurückgeht, macht sie in einer Ecke der Plattform einen grausigen Fund ...

Unterhaltsam, skurril, spannend, ungewöhnlich und vor allem witzig – und für mich Nicht-Krimi-Fan erfreulich facettenreich kommt der erste Roman von Anne Bax daher. Der ausgesprochen trockene Humor trägt viel zum Lesevergnügen bei, rutscht nie ins Alberne ab und ist einfach köstlich.
Schon nach der ersten Seite habe ich bedauert, dass dieses Buch nur 285 Seiten hat. Interessante story, witzig, wunderbarer Umgang mit der Sprache. Hoffentlich gibt es bald "Nachschub"
