Ein Ratgeber der besonderen Art. Er sei jeder Frau empfohlen, die sich für das Thema Wohnprojekte interessiert - egal ob in reinen Frauen-Zusammenhängen oder als gemischtes Wohnprojekt angedacht. Es gibt alle Arten, Konzept und Lösungsmöglichkeiten - und die Autorin stellt sie ausführlich und umfassend dar. Von der ersten Idee über die Planung, die Probleme, der Einzug und die Lösungen unterschiedlicher Erwartungen, die im täglichen Zusammenleben erst einmal - und immer wieder - bearbeitet werden müssen. Dabei liest sich das ganze Buch ausgesprochen flüssig. Es macht Spaß, auch als (noch) Nicht-Betroffene hinein zu schnuppern. Und es kann von jeder Planenden hervorragend als Helfer herangezogen werden!
